In Home Service

1. You meet with our in-house Mortgage Specialist, Teresa Kooymans, Mortage Agent, Dominion Lending Centres, Home Capital Solutions Inc., Broker License 10844. 
2. We analyze your financial situation, answer any questions, and pre-qualify you for financing, if necessary.
3. Based on our analysis, we recommend several different mortgages that answer your needs. Then, together, we choose the one that works best for you.
4. We submit your application electronically to the chosen lender and get a response within 4 hours. After some aggressive negotiation, we present their very best offer for your approval.
5. If you're completely happy with the offer, we finalize it and you have your mortgage!
6. Over the next days and weeks, we follow up with your realtor and lawyer to make sure all the details are taken care of.

In Home Service
No need to go out, I will come to your home. We can sit down in the convenience of your own home and discuss your needs as well as your wish list. You will see first hand active listings, recently sold properties as well as expired listings. I will be able to show you virtual tours of homes, print out buyer reports and print a picture for you of your dream home.

We will advertise in the local newspapers, real estate guides and real estate magazines. By alternating the different print medias we hope to reach as many people as possible. Good advertising will help to sell your home.

For Sale Signs
Within 2 or 3 days the Royal LePage for sale sign will be on your lawn hard at work. This sign works 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Bold numbers and letters will allow buyers driving by to call the right people to obtain the correct information.

Full Colour Feature Sheets
All homes will have full colour features sheets available for buyers and real estate agents. As potential buyers have finished viewing your home we will provide them a full colour feature sheet, which will leave them with a lasting impression, to take with them.

Virtual Tours
With your approval, we will have a virtual tour performed on your home. Internet surfers will simply click on the virtual tour button and see both still pictures as well as 360 degree full circle pictures. All of this from the comfort of their home. Should they like what they see they will contact us to arrange a private viewing.
I provide home owners with superior online marketing for your home. Hundreds of people will see pictures of your home and get property information online. All without disturbing you at home.

Open Houses
We provide two types of open houses. The first open house is for our own realtors, known as a realtor open house. These realtors have access to dozens of qualified buyers, also they will provide valuable feedback, they will comment on little things to help us sell the home as well as verification of the list price. The second type of open house, with your approval, is the public open house generally held within the first two weeks. We do this to generate excitement among the buyers thus leading to possible multiple offers. A premise maximum exposure leads to maximum dollar.

Since I work for you, all information I receive from realtors, buyers, customers, clients, telephone calls, internet hits and open house comments, I will pass along to you. Thus providing you with as much information as possible so you may make an informed decision.
